Check just to be sure but if you go down for a lighter version of this Baby, sock, lace 2,1,0 Yarn weight chart You should be able to make this and wear it for those weather conditions Also check for yarns for hot summer days or sweaty heat weather Bamboo Linen Cotton Maybe Silk

Love this tutorial! Decided to make a couple Pride scarves with Picasso rainbow and this stitch is so pretty. Also, the stacked sc is working great for straight edges and looks better in my other project. Always a treat to learn something watching you.

ooh this seems like a much better way of doing v-stitches than the mess that resulted from a vest pattern i tried. There they just did skip 1, 2dc in next, skip 1. not very defined Vs and the spaces between Vs was longer than the space within

Thank you. I am good at knitting but rubbish at crocheting. I can't get the edges right. Whatever I make either gets too big or too small. I am going to try that stacked single crochet and maybe that will make a difference. You are a good teacher. 😊

I think the double strand makes the project more bulky and thick. And the colors blend to make a very cool design.
