I didn't think I'd find two of these, let alone one. This is a tape highlighting the festivities of the 25th Cromford Steam Rally, billed as "one of the north's premiere steam rally events". While only 40 munites, there are interviews with committe and narration giving details of the history.
The date is mentioned as 1995, but this video may have been produced in 1996.
