Some people use this to gain competitive advantage. A lot of others use it for its accessibility options. I think the general statement from the comp crowd is that they want to find ways to win. And since others are known to use this without being banned, it’s seen as permissible. Fighting fire with fire, if you will.

Not trying to be rude but why can’t y’all just play the game normally without this extra stuff to help you? Like if you’re bad and what not at pvp just keep practicing and playing and you get better. While you’re not hacking It sure does seem like this is cheating and I’m pretty sure using third party software/programs is against bungies TOS and it’s really unfortunate that a lot of higher tier players use this and it’s obvious when they do.

There are a lot of players that use this for accessibility reasons, but yes, it can also be used for a competitive advantage. I personally try to help people who can benefit from this device within the accessibility realm. Im posting a link for you to view the Bungie TOS language regarding 3rd party software, as cronus zen does not qualify under this definition. 2 notes to take away though.....they mention PC software specifically which injects code into the game (zen doesnt do this and consoles cant run 3rd party app's like PC's do. The app's have to be official to the console. PC's can get around this) and "incompatibility" which would also be something that changes game code away from the games design. I think its a great thought that we could all simply "practice and get better" but that type of thinking isnt relevant to someone with motor control dysfunction, whom I agree with for using this device. I’m not making anything. This is why I do it. I do not control what others do with it. The people I personally chat with in discord have disabilities, and I am trying to help them play the game they enjoy.

Have my Zen for a couple of weeks and wish I found you sooner. I'm an old boy but still a student at heart and in the last couple of weeks I had to learn through trial and error to switch to heavy slot and back to primary slot as the fix for when primary auto fire just randomly stops with Destiny Season of the Haunted. Learning a lot from starting to watch your videos and keen to try some of the settings you've got for different Destiny weapons. You mention a spreadsheet on Discord in this video - may I please be invited - it would be much appreciated.

SOTL is for destiny 2 (season of the lost) but I often use DOOM eternal as a back up game pack

For example, if last words recoil was gone because of this. Then yes it cheating. The game should be on a level playing field at least on console.

Zen does not take away recoil completely, but it does modify how your controller inputs can sequence. All this means, is we can ask our controller to do a bit more. A lot of times, it can actively work against you in PvP. Good players can tell who uses one and they know how aim assist works. You can get every possible advantage in the game, and a better player will still win. I don’t expect you to do this, but the only way for you to accurately reference what I am referring to here, would be to buy one and test it out. It’s not a “god tier” attachment device, but it’s hard to explain that if you haven’t used one

No. It will work similar to MnK but won’t let you use the game pack mods for controller while using MnK

No. There are plenty of ways to get banned, but the zen hasn’t gotten anyone banned that I am aware of. I always open the invite for someone to prove me wrong, or show me proof that zen was a specific reason for a ban….so far….nothing

As of right now....no. I dont believe there is any way for anyone to ban for this specifically. Now, if they (the video game publishers) call this out directly, even if they cant detect it, then i would suggest not using it unless you have an accessibility issue. (medical disability, for example)

Thank you for showing this off! I used to be so bad at PvP but after utilizing the cronus i really improved and now am consistently going flawless! Finally got my sniper headshot percentage over 95%!
