all the comments about his skill - yeah sure he ain't the most technically sound, what puts him above and beyond others, is his pure raw energy, i didn't believe it till i seen crossfaith live. but the get on stage, and they don't stop moving, he just flows round the kit like he was built for it, making it so very entertaining to see live!

Crossfaith is as known for they mix between electro and metal as for they energy live ^^. Seen them too and it was the best concert of my life.

Remo pinstripe drum heads! Love them and that aquarian high velocity snare head sounds nice! I think the coated control sound for the snare would work alot better for the high tuning he does.

This genre of music doesn't require technical beats. Writing drums that fit the music > writing overly technical bullshit. But, to answer your curiosity, I just did warped tour with this band. Tatsuya can play anything you want him to. He won the annual warped drum contest. Yes, he even beat the drummer for Black Dahlia. And he did it with the same presence as this video.

@Drum12301 i agree hes quite useless at lives since they just simply can put there a playback. but im fan of Crossfaith for a very long time and i cant imagine them without Teru. And as i said he also sings back-vocals, just how many times he saved Koie, sings instead of him, when vocalist tried to get second breath. Also Terufumi is always so hyperactive at lives. his headbanging and dancing all over the stage make performances more intense... yeah. sry for my english
