Definitely a little nastier than anticipated. I figured a perfect time would be 12 minutes but I was not ready for how those front squats felt. The last 4 snatches in each round were super rough/ugly, but that was expected. Each set of squats took one extra break then anticipated, and not a short 5 second catch my breath break but a 15 second “my legs are concrete” break. I was hoping to catch up some time on the sit-ups but those weren’t moving the way I wanted today after the 100 toes to bar a couple days ago. Fun one. Give this one a go!
