Michael Jordan is not only the best player of all time, but he sure is a genius to! He plays with his brains, skills and body! That's what makes him the best! The part were he says "I say 9 out of 10 because I can get away with that, but I don't play anymore so you don't have to worry about that" that part puts a tear to my eye! Because I'm 16 and never had the chance to see MJ play a match. And MJ is probably the only player who can drive the defense of balance at every game!

i hear everybody talk about how a.i. crossed jordan and he did but he's still not even a quarter of the player MJ was...when iverson retires, he'll be known as a scorer and a player who jumped in the passing lanes and stole a pass about once or twice a game, while MJ legacy still lives on...

For the record guys, AI can play either SG or PG. He's been such a prolific scorer his whole career because he needed to be the first option. He never really had a legit second option until now in Carmelo Anthony. AI could average over 10 assists in the right situation; but Denver needs him to score; and that's what AI does best.

This isn't a cross over, this is great footwork. As a good offensive player, you must have great footwork. Sometimes, going to hoop isn't because of your dribbling, it's because of your footwork. What's the importance of good footwork? Good footwork gives you the FIRST step. and that FIRST STEP when you're driving to the hole is very important. ;)

around 2:40. if the defense is egging you to go right and you go left, all the defender has to do is spin and block you off. he doesnt have to lift his right leg. in fact many times a defender will try to make you think that they want you to go one way when all along they are preparing you to go the opposite way. unless the defender is a robot, he will be able to stay in front of you. the hesitation crossover is a much better tool to shake your defender. see Allen Iverson.

The defender does know where your going...to the basket. A jumper is harder to hit and easier to defend without fouling then a dribble drive. As a defender just don't commit 100%,leave room for correction unless you have a good read on the 'em. The dribbler will either have to force a move (don't get ur ankles broke) or create space and shot over you. If its Jordan though, you might just want let him go by you and let your center get posterized!

What I think of as a crossover goes like this With the ball in your right hand you fake a drive to the right then quickly crossover to your left hand in a sudden change of direction that shakes your opponent. The video doesnt cover the actual cross but it still shows some effective ways of leading up to it. So to me the video doesnt cover my definition of a crossover. I respect your opinion; you just dont have to use insults to express it. Fair enough?

kobe is great in his own right, but he's no jordan. same with bronny and all the others. statistically MJ may be overshadowed, but he brings more than that to the table and all those intangibles are what really set him apart from the rest, not to mention that he really is the baddest mo-fo to ever lace them up.
