►Synopsis:
Mai Chenghuan, who comes from an ordinary family in Shanghai, was urged by her mother, Mrs. Liu, to discuss marriage with her boyfriend Xin Jialiang. Oh, my gosh, I thought my headaches has already gone of Chenghuan’s mother meddling habit. It came back again. I feel lime taping her mother’s mouth forever and ever!!!!There is a saying YOU CANNOT TEACH A DOG NEW TRICKS. Her mother is a REAL PAIN IN THE NECK, really meddlesome. PENGSHUNG? lady who wants Xiang’Lli hotel is cooking up a bad plan for Chenghuan’s position as the CEO . Evil is lurking behind Chenghuan’s back? Zhiming Yao and Chenghuan need to be together soon---Yang Zi and Xu Kai -both their presence on the screen is lit 🔥. Another love story is brewing between Chengzao and Mao--sounds good to me. I just love this series and always look forward watching it.

I really hoped that after the forced engagement fiasco that her mom would sober up and realize what’s wrong with her. It seemed like she was going to stay at home and keep her nose out her Chenghuan’s life but as soon as the will is read she back to being her money hungry self. Her attitude is what’s mine is mine and what’s yours is mine. So incredibly selfish and self absorbed.

Chenghuan's mom has that dream, very revealing. In it, she's the center of everything, and all others are here to serve and adore her. Sigh. She's escaping from the reality of being just another person on this planet (though for that reason, she's worth loving). But this leads her to do the most unkind, unloving things and she's a miserable obstacle to her daughter rather than a blessing. Again! Her logic! So faulty! How is the chef supposed to know if the customer he's serving is young or old so that he can adjust the level of sugar?! She's so frustrating, I'd like to shake her. Hats off to the actress who is doing a wonderful job in conveying this difficult character.
