the king cannot convince the general to get back in fighting for jin so, he devised a plan that will surely angered or fueled the general to seek for justice and take up his arms once again. revenge is all what is left in the general's mind.

Summary part 1: PT is heart broken and said if CBJ is dead then she doesn't want to live anymore. The dr begged PT to think about the baby. PT told HX that he is not the person she remember anymore. HX ponder why PT isn't moved by everything that he did for her. PT said she will only love CBJ. HX said that everyone can misunderstand him but her. She should knows that he is doing everything for revenge. PT ask if he knows how it feel to live the simple life. To be happy for an entire day over preparing a warm meal for CBJ bc it makes him happy. PT ask if he will be happy after he gets his revenge. PT said his need for revenge will destroy him & they can never go back to the past. PT ask HX if the princess know HX bought PT back instead of killing her like they originally plan. HX told PT that he will take care of it.

It's tragic, but also king of Jin sabotaging his own line of succession by sacrificing Ping Ting is also HILARIOUS. What an idiot 😂 did he not even consider that she might be pregnant BEFORE he enacted this plan?

Summary part 2: 燕王 (Yan's king) also wants PT so he plan to ambush HX but the guy at the lake warned HX to change his route and that it was bc of the queen's order. It was actually queen's dad's order but the queen also want PT far away from the palace. Keep your eye on the guy at the lake bc he will play some important roles later on according to the novel. (Mini Spoiler alert: he will betray Yan and joined HX) Back to CBJ's country: the court begged the king to order CBJ back instead of starting a war with HX over a woman. The king said HX already has thoughts about starting a war based on his past actions (training soldiers around the borders) and ask if they solve the problem with the silk worm. The king send CBJ a painting of a tiger basically want him to go ahead & fight. HX is hiding PT from the princess. HX found out from the princess that CBJ is not dead and has all his power back. He knows that he was used and that it was all a trap.

Since we're all busy taking sides, I may as well put in my 2 cents. He Xia can be as ambitious as he wants and throw his hat into the ring. He's certainly not the first man who wants to rule the world and I can't fault him for trying considering the chaos that's all around. He's also clearly not the first man who takes advantage of a nice woman to get ahead. He's not unique in marrying one woman and trying to win back the love of another. He's got a lovely wife who adores him but never mind that, because he's such a pathetic creature whose parents fell on their own swords, he should be allowed to just manipulate and kill his way to success and no one should judge him too harshly. He's still in love with his childhood friend (although that's never been all that clear to me) and just because he's grown up with her, apparently he has the right (whatever that means) to just grab her against her will. So apparently what she wants and what she's decided is irrelevant because the fellow that grew up with her gets first dibs. An intelligent, discerning woman like BPT has no idea what she wants because she's an idiot that's passed up a 15-year relationship for a flash-in-the-pan CBJ who's put himself in harm's way for her over and over again, who stood up for her when all the world turned against them. He did it all in defiance to a king he respected. But apparently CBJ is not good enough because he hasn't known BPT long enough. She's absolutely right. HX made his own choices. He didn't have to take revenge but he chose to. He killed because he wanted to. He's not an automaton but a man. There's no programming he has to follow. In the same way, CBJ didn't have to make all the choices that he did to be with BPT but he did. If HX wants to take revenge, by all means... take it to its logical conclusion. Kill CBJ, his people etc. But don't pretend you're a sad little creature with nothing good going for you. And truth be told, he knows nothing about CBJ and BPT's relationship to make any kind of assessment of its merits or lack thereof. But silliest part of it all, is that this ruthless man wants to relive the past. There is no reliving the past... they have both been on entirely different trajectories. Revenge has changed him and his priorities. Falling in love with CBJ has changed her and her priorities. They aren't children any more.

其实说句实在话。真正和娉婷青梅竹马的应该是河虾吧。毕竟真的在一起生活了15年。每日朝夕相对。和王爷小的时候相处其实才几天吧，况且那个时候还是小孩子，不可能会有什么爱情之类的。我觉得在现实生活中应该是对从小一起长大生活了十五年的人比较有感情吧。所以我觉得编剧没有必要加一段王爷与娉婷小时候就认识的戏码。因为他们两个的相爱更多是一见钟情吧。她和河虾没有感觉是因为有的人虽然朝夕相处一起长大，但没感觉就是没感觉。娉婷只是遇到了自己喜欢的人而已。

何侠的演员缺乏贵气，总有种气质不够的感觉与角色不贴。表演上比较张扬跳脫，不喜欢。不是演员演技不好，而是不适合这个角色。楚北捷这个演员好就好在气质形象很适合，再加上演技上乘，整个人物就光彩照人!

HX wants revenge but he conveniently forgot his parent committed suicide and Emperor of Ying plotted to exterminate his family. CBJ let his father live in previous conflict because his father promised CBJ not to raise war against Jin and his father broke his promise and committed suicide after they lost. That was to create a reason for his son to revenge. His only true enemy is Emperor of Ying. He put his anger to the wrong person because he lost BPT's heart.
