Video games nowadays are sadly filled by business people, spokesmen, pr teams, etc. It’s less about the developers and their creations and more of a business model now. It sucks but that’s just what happens :/

Reach on PC? It's very not dead my guy, it set a new record for being the most played on launch game, it's very active. The only thing right now is that it's got bugs that stop some people from playing certain multiplayer maps and some netcode issues in coop, it's very much so alive

@@GreenTeaTheTea Takes me over 10 mins to find a game. While not dead, it has definitely had a decline in player count (As you've noted) All of the reach discords Im in are now inactive as well. This probably comes down to me being on OCE servers. I'm bummed about it as my friends no longer want to do customs.

@@rackles4532 That's not a dead game, it just means no one around you is playing it my guy, probably because the OCE playerbase is pretty small, if you use a VPN to change your location to a US or EU server it'll be w o k e my guy

I built and entire city in Halo forge Halo 5 did have an awesome forge but you needed xbox live gold membership And it's really complicated to forge in halo 5 Halo reach gives nostalgia

No matter how amazing Halo 5’s forge is, I don’t enjoy needing five master’s degrees to understand how to make a single building look right.

ODST Brooks i'll give you three words that killed halo's core gameplay: armour abilities, loadouts.

Bungie's Blue Flames there was only one armour ability I had a problem with and that was armour lock the rest were insanely fun to use especially the jet pack

Who hated Reach? I've not seen anything other than pure love for that game.

You haven't looked many places, There was major hate for ages because Bungie effed up all the lore to do with Reach and multiplayer issues like Armour Lock. I still see plenty of people rate it as the worst Halo, although I think that's a little harsh

Because with this Bungie made sure they delivered a FINISHED GAME first, then added little easter eggs like that. With 343, they'd probably remove the ability to reverse in the Forklift if they made it drivable, and we STILL would get no Forge at launch lol.

The forge in H5 is fucking incredible and so worth the extra wait, now that it's been rebuilt from scratch everything made now will carry over to Halo 6's launch
