Look at the simple chords on the guitar, it's the bass that adds the magic. Neil's voice then sends it to the moon.

This is one of my favorite Crowded House songs. It is the best "folk flight" you can take. The version of Farewell to the World is really energetic

I absolutely love niel finn and the band. im 36 years old and ive been listening to crowded house since I was like 5 or so. Im a guitar player and singer myself and most of all the songs I play is from niel finn. absolutely awesome bloke and song writter.

I learned this years ago using a load of tricky half chords. I can see now that Neil Finn just uses a capo!
