The world largest Armed Police Force, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is celebrating its Diamond Jubilee this year. CRPF on occasion of the celebration has organized Half Marathon 2014 with a theme 'Run for Unity' to promote nationalism and unity among Indian citizens. The marathon starts from Nehru Stadium, Delhi.
The event will venerate the unsung heroes and martyrs of the force and revisit the saga of valiant soldiers. It will also provide an opportunity to CRPF to further strengthen its efforts of `Coming Closer to Community.
