Unlike the loud crash 2 intro, the music fits with the game, but the title isn't fitting with the game's themes (well it is kinda) NA, EU, AUS & NZ versions the title is "Crash bandicoot Warped" (because the themes are time travel) JP version "crash bandicoot 3: world tour" (implying themes of international travel, not the actual theme of time travel)

+tonstad39 I think the reason it was called that was because the levels are vastly different in terms of themes (China, Europe, America, Arabia) Each different from the Jungles of Australia. @Herman0709 the third one is some Extras menu, where you can either connect to the PocketStation (sold only in Japan) or view hidden FMVs (which are unlocked by finishing each Warp Room, I reckon you can see them on youtube)

Well... they are numbered (kinda), as the clock's hand in the opening stops at number "3", so I reckon it's the numbering. ;) Though yeah, japanese Wrath of Cortex and Twinsanity are called "Crash Bandicoot 4" and "Crash Bandicoot 5".

A lot of PS3/360 games in Japan are highly censored, even japanese games (for example, RE don't has decapitations in Japan) are censored there while we Europeans/Americans have uncut stuff, just look here: /watch?v=Pc7CgEoxFno

Fun fact, all the lines here were pronounced by all the characters, pretty much the same in japanese Crash Team Racing. Sony Computer Entertainment! (Coco and AkuAku) Yay! (Crash) Universal Interactive Studious! (Cortex and N. Gin) Pyooo! (Crash) Naughty Dog! (Tiny Tiger and Dingodile) I find it rather funny.

TBH think that suspenseful tune at the beginning should've been in the original western release. 2024 EDIT: _Still_ unironically believe so. The deep voice Clancy Brown narration at the beginning would have made it so raw, and then have it be immediately followed by the opening digeridoo and harp notes of the Western theme tune for Warped and the clock spinning animation? Hardest shit in all of 3D platform gaming right there.
