Oh, calibration, how I love you. You make things look like things, instead of things that are a little too orange or blue.
As a side note; you should technically set the 240pTestSuite to its "480i" output mode for the most accurate brightness/contrast calibration. It will only make a difference of 2-3 nits, but it only takes a second, so you may as well change it. It will not affect colour calibration.
