The iconic DFDS ferry that travel from Oslo to Copenhagen crosses the Skagerrak and Kattegat and stops in Frederikshavn on the way.
You get a comfortable night's sleep in the cabin at night and can bask in the sun on the open deck during the day. The trip takes 17 hours.
All cabins have a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Some rooms have a desk or seating area. The superior rooms include breakfast.

The Italian restaurant Little Italy serves simple and delicious pizzas and pasta, while the Espresso House offers a selection of cold and hot drinks, as well as pastries and sandwiches. Explorers Bistro serves a mix of Nordic and international à la carte dishes, and Explorers Steakhouse offers delicious steak and ribs. After dinner you can have a drink in the wine bar, listen to live music in the pub or dance the night away in the nightclub.
Sea Shop offers duty-free shopping with a range of designer clothes and accessories, quality wines and spirits, as well as Scandinavian sweets and homewares.
Children can have fun with a number of activities on the ferry, such as a children's club with maritime entertainment. There is also a pool and a hot tub available for a fee.
This one-way cruise departs from the DFDS terminal at Vippetangen in Oslo and arrives at the DFDS terminal at Dampfærgevej in Copenhagen. Bus transportation is available for an additional fee.
The boat departs at 15.00 every day, and arrival is at 10.00 the next morning.
