You can remove the tip and gratuities on the ship in guest service because the people who actually interact with you only gets cents of that money. I personally tip all those individuals who I interact with.

Buy a portable wifi router, buy the wifi cruise ship price for one person, then connect the router and bingo more than one person can use it on multiple devices.
