Hey guys! I just recently went on a Canada & New England cruise on the Norwegian Breakaway. The ports we visited were Newport RI , Portland ME, Bar Harbor ME, St John’s New Brunswick and Halifax Nova Scotia. We left New York City on 9/25/22 and returned on 10/2/22. The average temperature ranged from 52 degrees to 65 degrees. I thought I would share some outfits while on the cruise. I hope you enjoy!

What month was this, please , that these temperatures were taking place ? We are going midday and I wasn’t anticipating such cold temperatures 😮

So we went April 4th. We live in TN and were having the same temperatures as in Blue Ridge. The week leading to our trip it was in the 80's. There seemed to be a cold front that moved in while we were there and brought a little cooler temps then. The day we left the weather went back to 80's. If you are going mid May you will have perfect temperature!

How many suitcases did you bring? I’m trying to see if I can pack in a carryon & backpack for our September cruise.

I brought one checked size suitcase weighing around 40 pounds. You could definitely pack it all in a carry on and backpack if you pack more minimally than I do. I always like to have a couple options in case I change my mind once I get onboard or in case the temperature changes. Bring tops that can mix and match and maybe only 3 bottoms to mix and match and you should be okay. I hope you enjoy your upcoming cruise!
