Beautiful video. I have shown this cruiser out on trial run many many times. She was built by Moonfleet Marine at Stalham Staithe several years ago, the year escapes me at the moment. A major project, initially built for the private market, but put on the hire fleet and was immensly popular. I helped at the yard in many different ways, including doing the costings for this beautiful cruiser. Eventually she went over to the Richardsons fleet and still looks as good as the day she was launched. Wonderful memories.

Hi Guessed that the boat was built for private use due to nav. lights being fitted and a comprehensive set of instrumentation. It was perfect for the weather we had, only real issue was the table which was jammed on its pillars and we couldn't remove it which made the seating in the saloon rather cramped. This was a default choice having had our April & June weeks on Swan Roamer cancelled.

Thanks Steve. Wildlife not particularly good this year. We had our April and June holidays cancelled. Good boat with good weather, not so sure if it had been raining.

Hey Guys! What a wonderful experience watching your video, and.... NOT ON GALA GIRL!!! You do, obv, get such better views across the water, over the fields and marshes etc when up on top of your dual helm boat. But then you can't visit Coltishall, Hickling; or go down under some of the other older bridges... like at Beccles, say. But it's a fairly small price to pay - I reckon, for being able to see far out when on and around the broader parts of The Thurne, Bure and Ant, for example. Glad you got a 'spot' at Ranworth - and on the front Staithe too! We're booked onto a dual helm boat, in 10 days time - but taking her from down on one of The Southern River's. We'll make it North, though, as we're on her for 11 nights, luckily. Just finally... the shots of you keenly snapping away - taken by your partner, were really lovely.

Thanks for the video fairly recent and great to see some outstanding cruisers and the one you on is lovely been on one very similar couple years ago I forget the name of it now something like moonlight horizon I think it was one of the more modern cruisers very comfortable , well hope you enjoyed your holiday it certainly looks like you did again thanks for sharing 👍

Another beautifully shot tour of the Northern Broads Bryan. I thought the wind noise added rather than detracted and what superb still shots. Thanks. Fred

wow we was on these rivers from sept 26th to oct 10th last year, and we went to stalham on the 25th and stayed overnight, when we started our journey it was all still no winds not even at Peterborough, but by the time we reached Ely it started raining and the wind started to pick up and we had to listen to the wind all night, and on the saturday we got our boat called BROADSMAN 1 and we was first in the que got on the boat and we was first to taken straight out for our trial run, all went well was told i didn't really need the trial as i was very competent but when we arrived back and was going backwards for our stern mooring everything was going smoothly, but all of a sudden a huge gust of wind blew us out of line so i had to abort go forward got straight again and moored up, i was told that all boats were being advised to stay in the marina overnight and because of what happened i decided to play it safe and stayed the night, others went out but everyone that went out returned an hour later, we got out at 11am on sunday as thats when the wind eased enough to get out and start our holiday properly,

Hi Brian and Claire ,I do watch your vids ,think they're marvelous. We hired Encore 2 from Barnes last year and did enjoy it ,although I agree with you about the rear cabin and accessing the bed ,thought it a trifle cramped ,but , strangely enough ,we have booked Moon Enterprise next May .We would like your views on this attractive boat. Hi Tel & Jan Sorry I didn't reply to your last message but KZfaq wouldn't let me. Lovely boat with all mod cons and with the weather we had it was ideal. Very easy to moor both stern and side-on especially from the upper helm and plenty of rails to hold on to, quite badly affected by wind since it is high sided. We couldn't remove the table since it appeared to be jammed, get Richardsons to get the table off the pillars before you leave the yard. We split up for sleeping since the double beds aren't that big, ask Richardsons to provide bedding for both doubles. Beware you head and back when getting to the upper helm from the saloon. Would we hire it again? yes providing the table could be removed and stowed (which it should be) but we really liked the boat. The rear view camera did work but it needs a long press on the power button. are the toilets electrical flush or manual also does it have shore power facility?

Sorry for the delay in responding but have been on The Broads again. Toilets are fresh water (from water tank), electric flush, single waste tank for the two toilets and we didn't have a pump out all week but we were two people on a four/five berth boat. Yes it does have shore power but the cable is quite short.

Brill pics guys i love the broads if you guys are on Facebook their is a group you can search for called love the norfolk broads. Lots of members and posts everyday about the broads and photos etc. Think you will enjoy it just wanted to let you guys know. You maybe already in the group. Brill videos guys and hopefully I be down for Christmas as usually stop in wroxham for the holidays in a cottage and do a little pike fishing. Love Wroxham on the broads one of my fave places. Its all about Roy's lol

how come there was no narration explaining to ppl that have never been on the broads where you are, or, going, it was as well i have been to broads to know where the places where otherwise i would have been totally lost
