I am in the middle of a case, & the police reports aren't always reliable because they're not always an accurate report. For whatever reason officers only report what they remember or what they feel is relevant. Or they word it differently from their perspective. SUCKS! Like playing "telephone "

It is beyond annoying when the judge asks a litigant a question and rather than answering the question they try to beat around the bush and distract the judge so they can buy themselves time to think of something else, I also cannot stand when they say that they have proof or evidence so the judge asks them to present the evidence or proof and they say "oh I don't have it right now I tried to go down and get it but I couldn't get it!? Like what do they think that the judge is going to say "okay well you tried to get it and you don't have it but I'll take your word for it"!? The time for bringing evidence and proof is while you're in court!! a judge is never going to just take your word for anything, you always have to show the proof right then and there!
