Terry is an example of how people should be.. He's a good man!

He brings her a full breakfast in bed every morning (even when they're fighting so badly they're not speaking) and he delivers her wine with ice every night but she thinks it is unfair and old fashioned that she cooks dinner? Damn, I have watched too many episodes of this. How did I get so sucked into a show about a scrap yard?!

A bloke drank a beer got fired after 9 years..a little thieving cut get a vacation

so the kid that intentionally stole from him twice and then got himself arrested just comes back with open arms and the guy who's worked there for 8 years and had a 1 can of lager at lunch when he thought he was getting sent home right after only gets weekends?! yeh pick they thief and not the guy who made a genuine mistake!

You can bet Boyle allowed his lawyer to tell the court he was gainfully employed, by not telling her the truth. If the court was aware that he was unemployed, never mind unemployed because of theft, he won't have gotten a suspended sentence.

When Terry was away on holiday, it was up to Alvin his year manager to look after the yard and see that it runs smoothly and kept clean and tidy, so Terry kick his black arse for not doing his job and not the guys in the yard.

I think Terry is a diamond guy, he beliefs in his people.

I've just discovered this series, Terry and his lovely wife are very good people. They are a great team and I personally love the way they help and support the the people who most don't want to know. Given half a chance, his staff have proven they are good people who've been dealt a bad hand. As for that 'Boyle', let him go, get rid of him and watch him from afar for a while, I'd say give him a year on his own to put his life in order.

If you don't train your work staff to be able to run the business on a daily basis, how can they suddenly take over and run it for the two weeks the boss's are on holiday. Terry has to sit back a bit and not micro manage every last detail. Give his workers a chance, that's what foremen, chargehands etc. are for.
