Sambusa Beef filling
Ground beef ( Keema ) 2 ½ lb /1 Kg 300gm
2 ½ Tbl cumin powder
1 ½ Tbl freshly ground black pepper corns
1 Tbl Cinammon powder ( Optinal)
1 ¼ lb Red onion
1 large bunch cilantro/coriander ( or 2 small ones)
Green chilies or any type of your choice utakavyopenda
Salt to taste
12 cloves of fresh garlic
2 thumb size fresh garlic
Sambusa pastry
1 cup all purpose flour
¼ cup water
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp vegetable oil
1 cup rice flour

I just made these today. I am not a cook at all and I pulled it off! They taste authentic. Thank you so much for creating your channel. I’m learning so much about my native cuisine. Tomorrow I will attempt the Byriani :)

They are definitely delicious and worth the work. Keep them in ziplock bags and freeze them. When you want to fry, do not thaw just fry them while still frozen.

Oh wow! wow !wow! MashaAllah Today you have taken me back to my favourite place. There used to be this shop opp my place of work( Wadi Hatat, Muscat) and he would sell the very same samosas. I have tried and tried to find them again and asked a few people but no luck So when I say Thank you so much for posting this recipe, I really really mean it. Beautifully made❤️

Yes you can but it will not be as crispy like when you use rice flour

The flour is all purpose for the wrap and rice flour for rolling

When i freez sambousa....i should let them defreez first and then fry or just put them in that cold oil????

You do not need to thaw them just fry them cold

If you have watched the video till the end I have shown the difference . When you fry in hot oil the sambusa get bubbles
