◆Bread dough
Plain-----------
・Flour for Baguette : 200g
*You can also use 140g Bread flour:60g Cake flour!
・Yeast : 3g (1 tsp)
・Sugar : 3g (1 tsp)
・Water(40°C) : 130cc
・Salt : 3g (1/2 tsp)
Black sesame-----------
・Flour for Baguette : 170g
・Whole wheat flour : 30g
*You can make it also only flour for baguette.
・Yeast : 3g (1 tsp)
・Sugar : 3g (1 tsp)
・Water(40°C) : 135cc
・Salt : 3g (1/2 tsp)
・Black sesame seeds : 7g (1 tbsp)
◆For finishing
・A dash of olive oil
✴︎Rising time
30min each (room temperature 20°C)
*Preheat the oven to 220°C for about 10min before the end of the last fermentation
*Adjust the time according to the state of fermentation, such as puffiness.
✴︎Baking time
Bake at 220°C for 20min
*If you have a steam function, use steam baking; if not, a little more mist before baking.
*I used two tiers this time, but if you place them well, you may be able to bake them in one tier (depending on the size of your oven).
