Chicken thigh 4
Vinegar 1/2 cup
Water
Rest for 30 minutes
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Tikka masala 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Refrigerate for 15 minutes
Maida/flour
Cold water
Mayonnaise
Chilli sauce
Cabbage/gobbhi
