I thought I did mention Create in one of the modpacks, no? Although Create is a mod rather than a modpack, but i'd recommend "Create: Above and Beyond" if you want a good pack with Create in.

Honestly, it's not too difficult to make online friends. Start playing on servers and teaming or just chatting with people. I started on a vanilla server with a few plugins and met a few people there. Then, that server removed their survival server, so one of the players decided to make a server that was vanilla, but with some events that gave decorative items and some rarer items. Some would normally be unobtainable (elytra with mending, unbreaking, and protection). We started playing some modded on servers, which got a few more people. Now, we make servers and play as friends while inviting a few people along the way. Of course, some people left along the way, and age doesn't matter when you all have the same interests and it's online.
