It was a very predictable romcom movie but which romcom is not predictable. It was a very adorable movie and the chemistry was on point. AJ looked so in love from the beginning while Paige was clueless.

Fun fact the two main actors who play Paige and Aj actually don’t like each other in real life but they have amazing chemistry in the movie lol. I did hear that they no longer have a problem with each other anymore but I’m not too sure

Im a millennial and during Katrina I live in Florida on the gulf, and we didn't know where it was going to hit the worst and it was the beginning of with winds like 50 mi an hour wind and unreal storms I worked at Taco Bell and our regional manager (was dick but we made 35k when usual day was 2+5k depending on weekends and rays games and didn't close until we ran out of meat on hurricane day. He made us stay open and we were one of three restaurants that stayed open when there was a mandatory evacuation.. and because it's Florida and we have so many hurricane scares... people who have lived here for years generally don't pay attention to evacuation orders because we are in St Petersburg so the peninsula on the gulf which kind of helps us from getting the brunt of hurricanes We had a line like half a mile down the street and only one employee with us because we would force any of them to work. .But we made him leave when we finally closed and I ended up hooking up with the assistant manager I was a shift manager and she had a boyfriend and I had a girlfriend but we always had that tension between us.. and I always made the schedule that we work together the most so we could do things like work the line together because we were so in sync, and play with each other's hair and flirt and touch whenever in close proximity and give shoulder massages and stuff basically walking the borderline but not cheating and we ended up hookin up in the walkin fridge (out of camera) turning off the cool air after everybody left when we closed before we cleaned up the store. Our partners never found out but ironically our mutual best friend did just from hanging out with us but she was a loyal friend and never soul.. I swear she was the one that got away if only it wasn't for f*****-up moral compass cheating is out of what we wanted. She was definitely The One that got away though and probably other than my first girlfriend the one I was most in love with but sometimes having a good moral compass is the worst thing for your self preservation or happiness.. not the same as life-threatening but I get how you would just have sex during a high adrenaline situation
