Another cracking recommendation from one of my viewers which has turned me on to a band I'd never previously heard of. Hailing from Sweden and formed in 2014, this band are notable for their dark symphonic metal sound with influences from black metal, death metal and thrash metal. You are in for a treat!

Totally agree.... right now im in my car on a break in an 18hr double shift (im a nurse in australia).... its 1am and im 12hrs in with 6 lhrs left to go, and i currently have Eleine BLASTING in my car - they are always the pick up i need😅🤘🖤🔥

Melvin, I appreciate your intelligent commentary, as I've learned from many of your reaction videos. I'm glad you've chosen to react to Eleine. Please see what you think of Eleine's song "Memoriam." I quite like the rendition on their official music video. I'm glad you react to some of these rock paths that are lesser travelled. Keep up the good work!

As much as it's nice getting thousands of views on videos, sometimes it's just as rewarding making a video that perhaps only gets a handful of views, but opens mine and other people's ears and eyes to lesser known bands and artists 😬 Definitely wanna check out more of this band so thanks for the recommendation 🤟👍

@@melvinthinks I can play the guitar, but nothing like that and I can also play the drums, but nowhere near as good as that!! Notice, I didn’t say anything about my singing voice 🤣🤣🤣

Hahaha! Ditto. I too play the guitar and the drums (badly). I did sing in a band for a while but that was only because no one else wanted the burden 😭

Thanks for checking out Eleine! Their rifts are not usually overly complicated, but just the full sound with the choir and orchestra elements is just so good and remains consistent through many of their songs. I hope you will do more from them. Now, this next recommendation I have I think is a staple for every Metal reactor to do. Are you familiar with the band Blind Guardian? While technically classified as Power Metal, Blind Guardian tend to have a more thrashy or what I would call 'classic' metal feel. Ohhh, Hansi! Been meaning to check Blind Guardian out ever since I heard Marko and him singing together in one of the Ayreon projects. I second the suggestion to try this one out.
