From my perspective, as a viewer that has enjoyed your content since the beginning, I really feel that you should keep your upload frequency where it is right now. When you were doing multiple main shows a week, I basically only caught short clips from each because there was just so much to see that I felt that I couldn't get to any. Right now, I'm watching pretty much everything you're putting out; not only is the frequency great, the quality is a lot higher too. I feel like you're both more energised and locked in for the whole duration. I imagine that your financial objectives will ultimately decide your upload schedule, but please don't just do more for the sake of appeasing a few donks 😅

I work in an office job and pretty much listen to podcasts all day while working, so I can consume more weekly MK content than most people. So more would be better for me. Before working this job, I barely had time for an episode of MK per week, so I understand what you mean.

Luke TRT is great. Endocrinologists start at 75mg, usually it's enough to get your levels in the high-normal range. If you don't test low it might be hard to find a doctor who will prescribe. The online clinics then become the option. They often start at 200mg. I just had a conversation with my doctor about this, she has several patients using online TRT, 200mg and their bloodwork is off. High hematocrit, hemoglobin and T. Always start with 75mg and check labs 6 weeks later. You can come off, there is a crash but it goes away. This isn't like staying on 1-3 grams for 10 years like some bodybuilders do. Also shoulder injections are easier. There is a good boost in muscle size and sex drive. Body fat remains just as hard to lose. Either way you get 200mg weekly in "single dose" vials.
