Any dog can have an attitude. Last year we wanted a little dog, since we had lost our yorkie after 19 years. We found a little bichon/poodle mix and it was very aggressive. A woman owned the dog and her new boyfriend had an alcohol problem and abused the dog. She surrendered it, and we took it in on a trial basis, not knowing his issues, but it would bite my son(he is 24 years old), every time he would walk by him. He bit me twice, so we returned him to the shelter, because I feared my grandkids would get bit. Another woman took him in for a trial period, and he bit her twice, but I think she kept him, because it was just her. Long story short. The breed doesn't matter. The people who are in charge of them can cause the most trouble in their attitude.

I had 2 pitbulls crystal it's not the dog it's the owner, if u raise it nice kind with love and training the pit will be good dog. My pits I got at 3 days old my baby was newborn,so all 3 grew together and they never ever bit or attacked anyone or anything. I think he should having a dog is like having children they get into stuff they love to be loved and give love. Just bring the dog around other dogs when u get him. I think u should let him have dog, pits really are not bad, u as owner need to train them to be good just like all the dogs out here. I now have frenchie and we got him last year rescue and he was so aggressive my pit never were like this small dog. But with love and alot of training he's been great. Try it out crystal animals are like children u have to teach them.
