Don’t use baking soda to bring up your pH without testing your total alkalinity.

@@gourley_going8283 Taylor 6 way test kit. But really only use the taylor #1 and 2 reagents and the ph indicator solution

"What is the "pool stuff" you use, and what do you use it for? You talk about how and why to use Baking Soda and Muriatic Acid, but then you point to the "pool stuff", and don't say what it is, and how and why you use it.
