It seems like games like MK1 and CS2 are suffering from misconception that realistic graphics = better. They lost the charm from the original games. Maybe the game was better with the "FIRE IN THE HOLE!" non-realistic lighting, green text, badass looking weapons, scary looking T-side characters, and fun maps. CS2 sucks ass.

I've been thinking about the whole "gaming era" and I've come to the comprehension that games that were fire in our times, wouldn't necessarily be struck as "fire" or lit in the eyes of the new generation, hence why imperfect games like CSS/CS1.6/CSZ wouldn't've been successful as much as they were in early 2000's, had those games came out in 2023. Though I might be wrong on this one.. though that's what I think.

In the c4 explosion you should have used Dust2 since in the 1.6 version the boxes actually explode unlike the sequels & other maps

Honestly, I don't care which CS to play, as a child I adored Sours and Condishion Zero, the first for a certain realism and I don't know, well, just some kind of love for this part, and Zero, for the plot, because already in the years of my childhood there were Call of Duty, Medal of Honor and Battlefield, and yet, comparing completely different games by engine and many mechanics is not very cool.
