Are burkinis allowed in the pool and are they heated pools? We are going there in November!

No one used the outdoor pools in February so not sure if they are heated but the indoor pool is definitely heated! Burkinis allowed.

Im going next month. I want to go to visit El Jem, can the hotel order a taxi for me or will i have to arrange this myself?

Not sure sorry. Plenty of taxis wait outside the main gates, you may have to haggle for a good price and they will always try and encourage you to go somewhere else!
