I have some doubts: 1) do we have to apply separately for jrf and net(LS)? 2) if so then if i select jrf but doesn't clear it but qualify for net(LS) then am i eligible for it (LS). Yes, he is eligible for LS then. Since you qualified for JRF and JRF's cutoff is higher than LS, then it means you are automatically qualified for LS.
