Idk where ur talking about in the vid but it is possible to multiple tongue quintuplets with TTKTKTTKTKTTKTKTTKTK but it takes a lot of practice cuz it does not feel natural at all if ur used to double and triple tonguing And it’s also not very practical at all

I don’t really hear a point where they are going faster than a normal double tongue. I mean, they had a part they triple tongued like twice, but it seems like they were double tonguing the entire time.

They are they are called “piccolo trumpets”

Those mini trumpets technically are a piccolo, but normal piccolo trumpets have different dimensions. That is literally a Bb trumpet that is half the size in every way.

I wonder how the tube bending would affect the pitch 🤔 must have to have some good ass posture to stay in tune. but perhaps you could make some cool sounds. Trumpet dive bombs

I feel he missed a trick here.... had he positioned the valve block close to the mouthpiece he could have had the longer end from there to the bell, which could have then be swung/spun around whilst playing, and benefitted from whatever effect that could have caused 😁
