Randy, thanks for the tutorial as usual. I like the fact that you can SEE all of the assets of a background in a folder. However, I found an even easier way to get grandma behind the sofa by simply opening up the group, creating a new layer, and adding grandma below the sofa layer. This way it keeps everything with a single layer on the timeline.

Thanks for the comment. It is true that characters can be added into a group, but that may be a challenging step for most beginners. The other reason I like to add assets outside the group is for longer videos - extending the timeline for the group is a bit painful. Instead I duplicate the background track till end of video, and then outside the group manipulate the characters.

Randy, thanks for the video. I'm a CreateStudio user, but I didn't know that the preloaded scene assets would be inside the folder at top. Thanks for the tip!
