The CSX ET44AH can have a flat K5HL horn and it was first released in 2015 and that ET44AH is my favourite engine!

The horns on CSX ET44AH's are similar to the horns on the BNSF ET44C4

I don’t believe CSX’s ET44AHs have flat GE K5HLs like a good amount of the BNSF ET44C4’s do. NS 3625 has a flat GE K5HL though.

Vish C Yes, a “K5HLL” or “K5HLB” only exists on about 13 locomotives. The one in this video is a normal 3rd gen K5HL

there is no such thing as a K5HLL. the K5HLL was a made up term by railfans for the 3rd generation, or RL K5HL when it first came out because they didnt know what else to call it. it's official name is RL K5HL, the K5HLL is a made up term for the standard 3rd gen K5HL.
