"Culture is the breakfast of champions. Culture eats strategy for breakfast". National Schools understood and implemented this which is why they held the glory and made us all want to go there. In the absence of a strong culture (values, identity, focus etc) is disarray and chaos. You can see what has happened with some of the top schools because of the erosion of culture. This cascades across other institutions- family, Countries (Japan etc)e. A sad state of affairs. Culture is the most understated, yet important symbol of direction, progress etc. It is KING, periodt! Also a B+ is MAJOR! Big-up Solomon!

Amazing how much we share in common. Same school, same house and dorm (Aggrey Dorm 7 - which I ended up being the captain) and career progression. I'm from the class of 2017 but there's so much we resonate with... Keep up Solomon💯
