This is not a very blue fire friendly track, so it required a lot of practice. I find it better to not use the shortcut on laps 3 through 7, as I simply couldn't get consistent at that jump. I was gonna settle for one million points, but once I managed that, I decided I had to complete 20 laps. It's the first time I've reached any of those milestones. In fact, you can hit the lap limit here, which is 51 laps. I had no idea that was even a thing until today. This run landed me in 15th place on the leaderboards.

Jesus, it is so easy to make a mistake on this track, great job on getting that amazing score, i'll prob never get that good lol

what about the rings at the start? can you jump to the left before the spyral?

Hitting 1M is also possible on many other tracks. It all depends on how much time every ring will grant you, and that differs from tracks. Nice stuff, looking forward to the next.

Well, I found #9. I'm not sure why it didn't appear at the top of the results after I typed it in the search bar....I'll blame it on KZfaq. :P Edit: I really need to practice u-turning. :P

Hot damn this is amazing. Funny at some points the game's draw distance doesn't load some of the details in time. Good lord if I did this on switch the game will probably crash.

Done this one on Switch, hasn't crashed. The only Ring Rally that's crashed on me is Meteor Gorge, which I think was more just the game crashing rather than anything specifically to do with the level.

@@AdmiralOctopus Thanks for testing that out for us. Haven't come across any crashes on the switch version but they do pop up randomly even if i've spent like 100 hours on a game just at random the game can crash and never do it again.

@@xRocketzFighterx Yeah, most of the time it's quite stable, but sometimes it will just crash for seemingly no reason. I have done every Ring Rally at least twice, and none of them seemed to have any issues.

Wait, you can max out at 51 laps?! But... that means... *does the numbers* For this track, that's 680 Wumpa Coins in a single run! I can't work out why 51 would be the lap limit, either. It can't be anything to do with alternative numeracy systems - such as binary or hexadecimal - as they still have room to grow for more numbers. Deciaml - 51 Hexadecimal - 33 Binary - 110011 Wonder why this is the lap cap?

You wouldn't get more than 212 wumpa coins, since the limit is reached on lap 8. I'm sure they just picked a nice round number for the lap limit, but I wonder why there is one at all. That race would have ended shortly after anyway and I doubt there are any tracks where you can go on forever.

@@GarlandTheGreat I'm aware of the Wumpa Coin cap (I was the one who told you, after all). I was speaking hypothetically. My apologies for the confusion. Makes you wonder who would have the endurance to have a full 51 lap race on any track, though... That's basically a hour on something like Electron Avenue! (When this game comes to PC and modders and get their hand on it... watch out!)
