@@MsElke11 Yes Pierre Trudeau was almost as bad for Canada as Justin. But Justin has been so much more of an embarrassment and wrecking ball to our entire country and every system. Plus he has damaged our reputation and image around the World too! Sadly Pierre Poilievre is no Brian Mulroney! So it is hard to say who will save our country this time? Jagmeet Singh? Elizabeth May?

Many years ago I stumbled upon a eulogy he gave at President Ronald Reagan's funeral. His ability to bring out the story, the lesson and humor in his speaches was very pleasant to the ear. There began my admiration for Brian and his way of telling stories, he truly was a gifted speaker and present friend. I'll end with a qoute that has stuck in my mind since I heard him saying it at the funeral of President George HW Bush - 'They are wooden ships, they are sailing ships, they are ships that sail the sea, but the best ships are friendships and may they always be'. x

How annoying to have the English voice-over. If absolutely necessary, make it some sub-titles. Mulroney was an exceptional human being. I often disagreed with his policies but I never felt he was trying to work against Canada, so different from today's politicians.

Justin Trudeau is the current prime minister of Canada. It was a state funeral. He had a long relationship with Brian Mulroney and the family. They wanted him there. He was also honoured by former rivals inside and outside of the party.
