I don't find her cool or funny, though it is clear that she is trying really hard to pass herself off as such. I have no need to try to make her look stupid: it is a risk inherent in the enterprise of taking a poorly-aimed stab at stand-up comedy in order to forward one's political career. It very rarely works. She exists to try to lend validity and a female face to an anachronistic party (the white hetero. male party) that only recently decided to stop chewing the "anti-gay marriage" bone. They know they are completely irrelevant to younger generations, and they want to change their dinosaur image image without changing their real content--to distance themselves from a couple of decades of backwards policies by simply saying "the bad man is gone". RA is just a poster child for that image change campaign. I guess she was the "funniest" and "coolest" they could come up with.

She's much smarter than Palin there is no comparison. She is also in my opinion a better leader than Harper and had she been leader of the Conservatives at the time I think they would of had a much better shot at re-election. And in reality they need to find someone like her or even better if they ever want a shot at being in power again. Harper was a recluse and never spoke to Canadians or the press, well to be fair he did but rarely and I mean rarely. Which is why people found her jokes about him funny, or bringing up how he never once went to speak to the press gallery which all parties do. (This is just a taste of Harper reclusiveness while in office) If you look at any country around the world especially those in the developed world the leaders speak to the press and people multiple times a week.

I can tell you I am a Republican from the US and I think Sarah Palin is crazy.

If you voted for Trudeau because you liked him that is REALLY dumb. You should vote based on policy and note emotions. Just like they did in the U.S. with Trump, he had a message about policies. How did that vote go for you? You still like what he does? Many Liberals who voted for him regret it, obviously.

Immigration is out of control, why can immigrants come here and live off welfare? We are paying for this and it is bad for the economy. Foreigners raising real estate, Canadians can't even buy a home and live in Toronto specifically. They're getting pushed out. Take care of your own first, nothing wrong with that. PlasmaticHD My city only has a Marxist Lennonist group who I vote for on the municipal level, and they coordinate with the CPC as a whole, which is the party I'm a member of and vote for federally. Living in Ontario, I know my provincial vote counts for nothing, so I don't even bother, too much corruption to try lol.
