Just read: I am going to talk about the blockade of the Castro dictatorship to the thirty articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The only blockade is the one that does not allow blacks to walk the streets of Cuba without being arrested 2 and 3 times a day, the blockade of the more than 100,000 Afro-Cubans in the 229 maximum and medium security prisons, and the 5 ,000 forced labor camps in the hands of the racist Cuban generals. In a country with a 65% black majority, all civil servants, ministers and generals are white. The blockade of the dictatorship that pays in Cuban pesos and sells basic necessities in foreign currencies, in the stores of the military monopoly (GAESA), managed by the generals and the white racists of the central committee of the communist party. The blockade of freedom of expression, the freedom of all means of communication, multiparty elections, freedom of association, freedom of parties. More than a thousand political prisoners, mostly Afro-Cubans. (among which are the 2 black leaders of the opposition in Cubana "Luis Manuel Otero Alcántara and Maikel Castillo Pérez": winners of 2 Latin Gramis awards). The blockade that takes away the crops of Cuban peasants, the blockade of hospitals for tourists, the blockade that prohibits Cubans from being entrepreneurs in their own country, the blockade on imports from relatives who live abroad, the blockade on Cubans who are prohibited from fishing in the seas of their own nation, the blockade against Cubans who do not let them enter their own country and their own house just for demonstrating on social networks, the blockade of electricity that the dictatorship (in 63 years it never made capital repairs to the 8 power plants that electrify Cuba), the Blockade that evicts peasants from their homes and those who live around the cities. The blockade of the military that sells international donations in their supermarkets in dollars for the Cuban people, the blockade of the Castro dictatorship to eat, the blockade of drinking water, the blockade of the Communist party to hospitals with hygiene, medicine and medical materials of quality (conditions that are excessive in hospitals, only for leaders of the communist party and complicit tourists. Like the "SIMEX" hospital and the "Cira García"). The blockage to the morale of a people who have to steal to cover their slightest need or simply eat. We Cubans have been fleeing Cuba for 63 years from Apartheid, state terrorism and the permanent famine produced by communism. There are Cuban communities even in Ukraine, Yemen, Greenland, in the Sahara and in Antarctica. We Cubans stayed in the first country that the Plane landed. It does not matter if there is war, terrorism or pandemics. Any place in the Galaxy is better than Cuba, you will not die of hunger, State terrorism or apartheid like in Cuba.

who was in the Caribbean can compare all the islanders are ,shall we say,lazy , in no particular hurry... in Cuba, poverty is not as bad as in other Communist-free countries in the region. From huge pluses: very developed medicine, it is available to all, in all these slums there is a duty doctor of high class. Many Cuban doctors work abroad for foreign currency. High engineering training-the same Cuban engineers in great demand in many countries.We can laugh at their food cards,but in other countries it is not and there really people are hungry. There are no starving people in Cuba. And let's not forget about sanctions: after all, now the US has simply banned all trade with Cuba, only China and Russia are not afraid..in recent years, Cubans live under constant pressure - but do not lose heart: the Communists do not allow people to completely disappear,if such severe sanctions would be in any other island,there would be a long time all rested. And Cubans are the most cheerful and positive people in the world. In addition, there is a complete lack of crime at the domestic level..safe at any time of the day. In Jamaica or Barbados in the evening it is better not to walk

David Seminatore yes, I have been back twice since making this video. I was just there in feb 2017 actually. Just a few weeks ago. People are certainly friendly to Americans. Our money is green! In terms of talking to tourists about their economy/politics though, it seemed I got a bit farther with Canadian, but really, they won't talk to anyone about those things even today. They really can get into serious trouble. This last trip I went diving in the Bay of Pigs and as always, stayed with locals. Guides will only show you their cousin's restaurant, is what I have found in the past. That being a metaphor of sorts... their uncle's farm, their brother's house, etc. there are probably some great guides if that's your style! I personally like to get lost sometimes.
