I personally think he most likely backed out of the interview because he thought of the possibility of being black balled from his current career DJing in Freestyle just like what happened to him mostly likely in hip hip career from the politics Joe plays like Cuban mentioned he experienced. Joe is even bigger now and has to connects that could effect Frankie current career that he has rebuilt and is now successful. He probably thought talking about would be to much of a risk right now. The 2 Joe stories that would uncover a lot would be Frankie's and King Sun. Would love to see King Sun on your show, King Sun is a true OG.

I was around Cuban a long time, day in and out. He'd never talk that way to a girl about another dude. He didn't need to back then because so many were throwing themselves at him at the time. I don't know what happened with Cuban and Level, but Level started hanging out with Pete from the TS, and both were talking trash about Cuban. And know for a fact Cuban left miami for a while.
