The wonderful cube audio these are very special speakers I listened to these in Munich and couldn't leave the room for about an hour!

I was interested in buy cubeaudiio speakers but I ended up with Wilson Audio TuneTot speakers. Fantastic with transparency cables.

very good sound for an 8 inch fullrange but lacks dynamics for my taste ,i'm used to 16 inch altec lsnsing drivers mundorf flat coils ,kind of hard act to follow regarding dynamics ......

Just how does room selection work? You get what you're given or what you choose to pay for? What is that wooden box on the second amp pedestal?

That is "The Beast of a 1000 JFETs" a 1 of 1 power amp cooked up by Nelson Pass. Each side of the amp has 256 low power JFETs (512 per channel) which produce 20WPC.
