Drinking mine as I watch this video. I add ACV and I use a whole lemon, peel and all. Oh, I put a couple dashes of liquid stevia in also.

Two suggestions: cut up the celery first so the long fibers don’t mess up the blender blades. 2nd: if you really need to strain out the pulp (I don’t), that pulp is golden! Freeze it and use it in cooking.

You definitely don’t have to, but I find with the cucumber the pulp is excessive. I have another blender green juice recipe I don’t strain. Personal preference!
