A perfect compliment to any spicy curry, grilled chicken, Kabab, Biryani, Pulao.

½ large continental cucumber or 1 green cucumber
1 cup homemade curd
¼ cup mint leaves
1 tsp Bhaja Moshla
¼ tsp black salt or Kala Namak
½ tsp salt
