For those who are talking about hygiene and using hand, I would like to point out that, based on what i can see in the video, this is not a road side vendor,... the shop, chopping board, utensils looks pretty clean and using fresh hand for every new dish and not touching anything while preparing dishes, apart from food and utensils. I would say it is pretty clean. Just using spoon and gloves doesn't make it hygienic. They can also be unhygienic if they are not washed, changed or touched with everthing. Indians don't use gloves for cooking food at home and also eat with hand, unlike west!

dude do u know ur palm has sweat glands ? also nails ?? maybe ur used to such foods not everyone is comfortable also not immune. if ur ok to eat food prepared without gloves then that's ur personal choice there is no need for you to convince people to eat food prepared without gloves or spoon !!

@@sweeta9887 I am just stating facts and not convincing or forcing anyone. It is absolutely your choice whether you are comfortable or not and won't touch food with your hand. Hope you know you can wash your hand before handling food!

How you u mix a dough? Using hand right? How do you roll a chapti? U have to use hand right. There is a certain pressure they have to put while doing a snack so that the onion cucumber releases the juices n gets mixed with salt n spices to enhance taste. Which spoon can't

You can use hands or shit while preparing for yourself or your family. But using bare sweaty hands is unacceptable while it’s a business serving public and are charging for it. They are indirectly contributing to public health violations and putting others at risk of getting sick or even end up with something fatal like hepatitis/ jaundice and liver failure.

please wear gloves !! prepare food without gloves to urself or ur family but for not customers and public, especially when ur charging for that. !! i think food bloggers should suggest this to the vendors while capturing the videos !!
