Cucumber, Tomato And Dill Salad 🥒 🍅 🌱
This is such a delicious and refreshing salad that comes together in just a few minutes with just a handful ingredients that you probably already have on hand!
Ingredients
2 Tbsps Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsps Sugar
Salt and pepper
4 Cups Diced Cucumbers
2-3 Cups Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Large Red Onion, Finely Diced
1/2-3/4 Cup Freshly Chopped Dill
Directions
In a small bowl add the first 3 ingredients
Season generously with salt and pepper
Whisk well
To a large bowl add remaining ingredients
Add in your dressing
Toss well
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
