Steve's an absolute beast on that kit! That mix of showmanship and drumming skill is a tough combination. The overlooked thing in these is that Rick is no slouch behind that drum kit!

Steve is one of the best skilled drummers of today. Mixing antics without missing a beat or volume. Wipeout is always my favourite performance and one that wasn't mentioned, Smart Dressed Man.

I am a drummer and live in Ocean City MD where they perform all thr time. You have to see Steve in person. He has also been in all kinds of drum magazines and videos.

Love the drummer but the lead singer (who can almost carry a tune, but he's not a singer) has the _charisma/stage presence_ of a large soap dish.

@Syd Vitale Steve is a legend, but the Magic Tones _were/are_ real and very good musicians. Murph and Rick K shouldn't ever be allowed to sing in public.

@MIke Swirled™️ True, he was able to throw those drumsticks a few feet to Steve. The best part was it stopped him from singing (at least I think he stopped singing when he was tossing them) because, man, does Rick ever suck 😆

I’ve tried to be objective and fair but the lead singer just doesn’t do it for me. Having said that they stay booked all over the mid west.
