Goroshok (Pea) is a young roe deer who loves spending time with this family, from soccer to cuddles. Rescued as a fawn, he grew attached to Vitalina and her family who nurtured him to health. Even though he can go outside and roam as he pleases, he always comes back to look after his human family and make them smile.

What would you do if a baby deer knocked on your door?

Take care of it. I don't think I'd let it in the house as deer can carry ticks and other parasites, and I have a cat in the house. But I'd figure out some kind of shelter and food, before contacting a local wildlife rehab organization so the professionals there can raise the animal properly to the point where it can be returned to the wild where it belongs. I once found a deer with an arrow in its side on a walk in the park that's next to my house. I contacted the park rangers and stayed with the deer before they came to take it to the wildlife center when it could get veterinary care. (she never left my side) Happily, the deer survived and was returned to the herd. Sadly, a Canada goose with a similar injury didn't. I found that one on a walk too just standing on the bike path. Poor thing apparently had also been hit by a car and the vets couldn't save it.

@@CuddleBuddiesChannel They even have collars that flash lights at night. Always keep him with some sort of collar with your phone number written on it and his family name. He would walk right up to a hunter.

My grandma raised a deer like this. My grandfather had found it next to it's dead mother, who'd gotten hit by a car. They happened to have a pet rabbit at the time, and the two became buddies, yup just like in the movie 😊 Oh yeah, the deer was named Bambi naturally.

Very important note, a roebuck is a terrible and dangerous pet. They become cheeky, unafraid of people, once their horns come out, they are dangerous. Many tragedies have happened as an outcome of similar situations. Please be careful!

In America if one rescues an abandoned fawn? And raises it. You instantly place a Large ORANGE REFLECTIVE collar on it. So if it wanders Off your property AND THEY WILL. NO HUNTER SHOOTS THEM.

I agree with your idea, and it is a good plan. But you can't know that no hunter will shoot it. Not everyone cares about animals, especially a person who has to kill animals in order to feel like a man.

@@Boogie_the_cat Oh in West Michigan where I live n hunt. Yes a few ,,RARELY of these Tame Pet wandering deer have been shot. BUT its still a SAFER method than no collar or a light colored one that deer in video is wearing.

This is a wonderful relationship. He's not captive or confined at all. The backyard is open and he can leave whenever he wants, but he chooses to stay. So cute.

To me it looked like Goroshok had seen what the forest offers, but he isnt interested. It might change when the hormones hit, but thus far he seems perfectly content with his human, dog & cat herd.

A great example of a highly sentient creature. It is totally wrong to exploit, hunt, kill, eat such creatures. They are our brothers and sisters and it our responsibility to help and protect them. That wonderful family realises that fact.

They stole food from a starving predator add may have caused its young to starve to death. Their interference created victims here. Dear are not endangered but many predator animals are endangered. These people took food from them that nature was going to give them.

It was great watching this video about the deer who chooses to be around people. What I really like is the children raised around these animal companions. Nature was leaving food for a starving predator and its young. These people stole the food away that mother nature was offering, even though deer populations are very strong. There's nothing compassionate about this because their interference did do damage to at least one other animal and probably more.

Thank goodness you found him when you did, a young and injured fawn is prey. You knew the proper care and saw that he thrived. I have called sanctuaries a few times for baby birds and squirrels.

This is precious. The little guy obviously prefers living with his humans over living out in the wild. I believe most 'wild' animals are like this. With human contact, these ani9mals get to experience love and care, something which they are completely deprived of in the wild.

Bonding with wildlife is indeed a special privilege. They will usually divide their time with their normal wild habitat while making time for their human family. This way there isn't the responsibilities of a pet. Seems this one is working out fine.
