10:11 In Psychological explanation, his facial expression, voice tone, and body gesture seems that he was roasted and cannot explain to the former Associate Justice. As how he delivers his questions between the Defense and Prosecution, means he was sided on the prosecution evidence. So expect that the Defense Counsel will do his job to defend his client and reversed back the question. That is why the Judge of a court, must be smart and careful on holding the evidences and how they ask and delivers the question.

Watch how a trial went from a fantastic defence to a biased judgement. In summary not declaring a SALN is not an impeachable offense in our constitution but ano ang verdict? Guilty padin di ba? Judge Cuevas managed to discredit all.of the prosecution's "witnesses"

Anyway, the point is, there is nothing to clarify yet, no basis for conclusion as nothing was presented yet to rebut the evidence presented by your prosecution team Mr. Recto, your line of questioning is Premature.
