Je ne me lasse pas de regarder les recettes, moi qui suis né à Casa et y ai passé mes 20 premières années. Et j'adore les voix des enfants qui babillent pendant que la maman cuisine. Et bien sûr je fais tout ça, sauf la pastilla que je n'ai pas encore tentée mais ça ne saurait tarder car tout cela me rappelle les merveilleux moments passés chez mes amis marocains. merci JP Rousseau

ولاش هادشي كله لشيئ آخره في المرحاض الاجلال يكون للخالق فقط وأكيد طبق عدس او غيره... لا يستحق إجلال كفاكم عبارات الجهل وكفاكم الجهل نفسه

My suggestion - soak the lentils in water for 4-5 hours and then boil it for 5 minutes ( will be better for digestion)

Non only it is good for digestion but the lentils hold their shape better after cooking

@@herminehtopalian8892 I'm afraid you're wrong. She is NOT poor !!! She is using a Moroccan knife called Hadda knife, commonly used by all Moroccans. Please, educate yourself before making wrong assumptions.

Mexican food is incredibly awesome for many reasons but one of them is because it’s been influenced by many cultures around the world. Vice versa. One Ex Tomatos are native to Mexico. So Mexico has had its influence on different parts of the world. Anyhow, I love Mexican food. Definitely the best. ❤️❤️👏👏🌻🌻

I make almost the same salad with red lentils, but grilling the bell pepper is a good idea. I add the cumin right to the hot lentils, so that the flavour infuses better. Adding a few spoons of yogourt helps too, but is no longer vegan (for those who care)

There's no lentils that will cook properly in 10 minutes, especially without soaking. The lentils need to be cooked thoroughly as the boiling destroys toxic components. Apart from that, a salad with lentils is very delicious and filling.

No need to soak green lentil. Split peas need soaking with a pinch of baking soda.

@@jiggersotoole7823 there is more than 8 main types of lentils worldwide. They all have different cooking times and tastes. Soak em! Trust me! Your girlfriend wouldn't like what happens in bed if you don't!

En México esto es una ensalada que se llama Pico de Gallo. Pero el chile es fresco y picoso. Así se prepara en varios países latinos!! La diferencia con ésta sólo es las lentejas cocidas 🤷😂🤣
