- Salt 15 Gr.
- Sugar 15 Gr.
- Malt Extract 1 Tsp. (optional)
- Lard 100 Gr.
- All Purpose Flour 15 Gr.
*Quantities for 1 big Cremona Bread.
*You can use butter instead of lard.
